  • How long is delivery after the item has been sent?

    Our team will work as hard as possible to get your items printed, boxed, labelled and delivered to you.

    It normally takes us three days to print and package an order (we put them together by hand) and the arrival date is dependent on where you’re located and the shipping method you’ve chosen along. There may also be some seasonal delays that are out of our control.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    We can ship internationally – we have flat rates depending on where you’re located.

    We’re based in the UK so local shipping depends on the shipping method you choose.First class postage takes 1-3 working days and costs £5.25. Second class postage takes 5-7 working days and costs £4.25.

    For Europe, orders typically take 5-7 working days and costs £11.65.

    Outside of Europe, orders typically take 7-10 working days and costs £15.75.

  • Do you pay custom duty on international orders?

    We do not pay the custom duties on palettes shipped internationally. If you are ordering a palette that will be shipped internationally you will need to pay any custom fees that occur.

  • I’ve changed my mind, what is your Return Policy?

    Due to health and safety we only take refunds on unopened shades. We are unable to offer a refund for any shades that have been used or swatched. If you are wanting to return an item just let us know by emailing us at hello@beautonomy.com and we’ll refund you the money. If you’ve already received the products and have changed your mind within 14 days, we’ll refund you the money, given the products haven’t been used.
    Please note that we are unable to offer any returns on palettes unless they are damaged or faulty.

  • I put my details in wrong, how do I fix it?

    We’re happy to help! If you could email hello@beautonomy.com with your order number, we will change these details on our side.

  • What is your policy on faulty products?

    Our goal is to ensure that no faulty products reach you. However, on the rare occasion that you do receive a damaged or faulty product, a full refund will be made if we are notified of the problem within 30 days of delivery.

  • It says I have a poor resolution image, what is the recommended resolution?

    Uploading your own design? You will need a high resolution image of at least 300 DPI, otherwise you run the risk of not getting your desired effect on the palette, you’ll get a warning message if this is the case. If you like you can still proceed with a low resolution image, at your own risk.

  • Do I have to buy a palette every time I want a new eyeshadow?

    No! If you’re looking for a refill you can also buy individual shades from our shop.

  • What dimensions are your eyeshadow palettes?

    We have lots of different sizes to choose from, the dimensions of each sizes are;

    2 Face: 98x55mm
    4 Face: 98x98mm
    4 Eye: 78x78mm
    6 Eye: 112x78mm
    8 Eye: 145x78mm
    3 Eye 2 Face: 112x88mm
    4 Eye 3 Face:145x88mm

  • Can I alter my design after I’ve completed my order?

    Though we can change details to your order like name or delivery address, we will be unable to alter the artwork after checkout (you will have plenty of time to review your order).

  • Can I upload any image I want?

    We’d love to say yes, however we do have restrictions on what images we are legally allowed to print. Please review our terms and conditions for the list of restricted images.

  • What file types do you accept?

    To help as many people as possible, we accept a range of different formats. These are PNG, JPEG, PDF, Psd and Ai.

  • How can I upload an image?

    Once you’ve chosen your palette you can choose your image in a number of ways. Either pick from one of our templates, choose a solid colour background or upload an image from your computer or social media accounts.

  • What social media account can I import images from?

    You can use images from your Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can make a payment directly through the website on the checkout page via a credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept all major forms of debit / credit cards including Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Some of our products are vegan. The best way to find out which products are vegan would be to look at the description of the products on the ‘shop’ page.

  • Do you test on animals?

    We love animals and so we ensure that the manufacturers we work with don’t test their products on animals.

  • Do your products contain parabens?

    All our products are paraben free.

  • What are parabens?

    Parabens are ingredients used commonly in makeup and skincare products to preserve the formulation and prevent bacteria from growing. There’s a chance that parabens can be stored in the body and accumulate over time, posing a potential health risk.

  • Do I have to resell my palette?

    Not at all, you only resell your palette if you want people to be able to buy your design with your chosen shades.

  • Do I have to pay to resell my palette?

    It is completely free to resell your palette design to your friends and followers.

  • What is the benefit of reselling my palette?
    +

    Aside from letting people see your amazing creativity skills, it will also give you a chance to make some money. You’ll get commission for every palette of your design that you sell.

  • What is the commission rate for reselling my palette?

    The commission rate for reselling a palette is 10% of the RRP.

  • One of my customers wants to return my palette, how does that work?

    Your customer will have to follow the Beautnomy return policy, please see more information about this above.

  • I have an issue with payment!

  • I don’t like the palette I designed. Can I exchange it for a new design I’d like to use?

    Unfortunately you can’t exchange or refund a palette unless it is faulty or damaged. For more information about our returns policy please click here.

  • I have placed my order but I would like to change the palette size now. Is this possible?

    Unfortunately We can’t make any alterations to the orders once they have been processed and finalised.

  • When do I get a refund for a product I have returned?

    We’ll have to do a quick investigation into the issue, and once that’s completed please allow 10-14 days for money to be deposited back into your account.

  • How long will it take to print my palette?

    The item will take 2-5 working days to process but this might increase depending on our demand.

  • What is the maximum number of palettes I can order?

    As many as your bank account can take!

  • How long does it take to withdraw money from my shop fund?

    Once the 14 day return period for your sale has passed you can withdraw your funds anytime via paypal or bank transfer. Please leave 3-5 working days for this transfer to arrive in your bank account.
